Samphire is a Kentish Bistro firmly established within the Whitstable restaurant scene. Our style of food is simple with emphasis on great produce. We are proud to showcase the best seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms, allotments and producers in our regularly changing menus.

Over the last ten years, we have built up close relationships with some incredible suppliers both locally, in the Garden of England, and the country as a whole.
